Federico Giva, who holds a degree in Managerial Engineering from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, is the new Head of Human Resources for the Cefla Group.
Moving from the Hera Group, with significant experience in human resource management.
Federico Giva, who is married with four children, is moving from the Hera Group where over the years he has worked in various different roles which have allowed him to build up consolidated and significant experience in the principal areas of Human Resources, creating cross-sectorial projects within the company’s structures and integrating the diverse players present throughout Italy.

As of 26 August 2019, Giva will be responsible for implementing HR policies both in Italy and elsewhere around the world by coordinating personnel management activities, recruitment procedures, administration, training, development, talent management and interaction with trade unions.
