18th March 2020 – Cefla announces entered in a binding agreement for the acquisition of a majority stake of Stern Weber Polska, its historical partner in the distribution of Cefla Medical Equipment’s brands within Poland.
The transaction follows a strategy uniquely limited to the Polish market and addressed to secure and develop the already high market shares that the Cefla Medical Equipment’s products have gathered over years thanks to outstanding performance, quality and service standards.
Stern Weber Polska has been successfully linked to Cefla by an unique relationship for over twenty years and as of today represents one of the major Polish distributors of dental equipment. Poland represents the area which has recently witnessed and hopefully will continue to show the highest growths within the European dental market.
Cefla’s Top Management have deemed extremely important to complete and to officialize this transaction notwithstanding the dramatic situation that Italy and the entire global countries are currently witnessing. This move underline how Cefla remains continuously focused to invest in its business both in Italy and abroad, pursuing a long-term perspective even during the dramatic turmoil that is hitting at global level.
