Integrity Cefla

In compliance with national and EU law, Cefla has established a system that lets people report, also anonymously, any conduct that breaches laws in force, the Code of Ethics, the Corporate Compliance Program (Italian acronym MOG) and, where applicable, the corruption prevention management system.

In general, it’s possible to report unlawful or irregular conduct detected within the company’s organisation that could cause actual or potential harm to the company, its employees, partners and stakeholders.

Employees, partners, consultants, suppliers and any other third parties who have connections with the CEFLA Group may make such reports.

In order for a report to be effective and suitably analysed by the relevant bodies, it must be detailed and based on objective data as opposed to personal assessments.
