Anti-Covid 19 vaccination plan for Cefla personnel gets under way

Cefla, together with Sacmi, another major Imola-based company, is making its own contribution to the national vaccination campaign. In accordance with national protocols, the two companies are implementing a joint plan to vaccinate employees (who had until 28 May to make their bookings).

Following Government protocols and the most recent regional guidelines, Cefla drew up the vaccination plan with the support of Dr Sante Tabanelli and the Imola AUSL. The plan will ensure personnel obtain, on a voluntary basis, their Covid 19 shots quickly.

After booking on the platform (on a voluntary basis), employees will then wait for the start of the actual vaccinations, set to begin on 8 June.
Actual handling of the vaccines will be done by the Medical Center at Imola’s Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari racetrack. Vaccination procedures will be identical to those used in the national vaccination plan.
It is, then, a service provided in addition to that already foreseen by the wider national campaign, coordinated by local health authorities.

Cefla and Sacmi’s contribution to the national vaccination effort follows a period of intense work aimed at ensuring continuity of production in complete safety for all personnel. This involved several stages, from the promotion of more flexible, ‘smart’ working practices to the reorganization of protocols and company workspaces to ensure a safe return to the company.
