1932 Cefla was established in Imola as a Cooperative enterprise specialized in electrical and thermal-hydraulic installations.
1950-70 The company began to undergo a process whereby new business areas were developed, and established three operating divisions:

civil and industrial technological installations

retail outlets for the modern distribution sector

systems for coating and curing paints on wood
1980 The company's internationalization process begins.
1990 The company starts business in a new industry, the dental sector, thus creating a fourth operating division.
2000 Cefla strengthens its role as leader in the four business sectors.
Today Cefla is a multi-business enterprise that operates on a world-wide scale and is dedicated to the continual innovation of both products and services.
