THE COURSES:
CF 120 – Automation of Industrial Wood Finishing
This course is designed for companies making the transition from “spray booths and drying racks” to utilizing machinery to provide a higher quality and more consistant finish. CF 120 is a “basics” course that emphasizes student understanding of the various facets of industrial wood finishing including sanding, coatings, fluid handling, and process machinery.
CF 220 – Maximizing Performance of Automatic Spraying Lines
This course is designed as operational and preventive maintenance (PM) training of personnel working on new or existing finishing production lines. Primary emphasis is on proper operation of each type of process machinery found in a finishing line including material handling, panel cleaners, spray machines, oven systems.
CF310 – Roll Coating Operation, Maintenance, and Safety
This course focuses on the unique operational, maintenance, and safety considerations present when operating a production finishing line using roll coaters rather than spraying. Each step of the roll coat finishing process examined from raw panel preparation to final topcoating. Finishing supervisors, operators, maintenance personnel particularly beneft from this course.
