Polishing machine equipped with three independent rotating and oscillating cotton brushes for the polishing of the panels.
The machine is equipped with three independent rotating and oscillating cotton brushes for the polishing of the panels. When the panels are conveyed, the brushes automatically get the appropriate polishing paste through PLC driven guns by means of pneumatic pumps.
The strong action of the brushes on the pieces makes their surface temperature increase. Therefore, they are cooled in order to keep the chemical-physical properties of the applied coatings unchanged. The in-line cooling is carried out through blowing bars placed after the first and the second brush. Such bars work with cool and dehumidified air coming from a special refrigerator (upon request).
