The in-line oven CAT/LT, combines the efficacy of air speed and air temperature, with the infrared rays emission through high irradiation capacity of the catalytic plates, is the most effective system for drying of both enamels (ceramic paints) and organic paints.
Composed by a first flash-off area and followed by a high temperature drying, optimizes the evaporation time of the chemical base (oil or solvent or water) contained into coating products. The use of catalytic plates allows the oven in ATEX version (safety regulations to prevent risk of fire) mandatory when using paints with high solvent content.
