The DCS modular profile sanders are the most versatile and user friendly profile sanders on the market, enabling you to meet the ever-more exacting quality standards with ease. They can be used independently or as an integrated part of a finishing line.
Perfect Configuration
The DCS can be equipped with brushes and / or sophisticated belt sanding and trimming units to precisely meet your sanding needs. Depending on configuration, your DCS can sand top, bottom and sides of your mouldings.
Precise
Advanced side guides and hold-down wheels convey your substrates through the sander. This precise positioning control allows even for sanding with composite wheels of the shape of your mouldings. Top and side brushing units can be tilted for optimal sanding angles.
Clean
An optional blowing unit with air knives removes fine particles from substrates prior to coating application.
