LINE DESCRIPTION
The panels transit the line in charges with a length of max. 4200 mm and separated by a small gap: this is the load composition of one tray.
1. TN RBT1950 = Belt conveyor suited to the maximum panels charge length.
2. VS 34 AC = Top and bottom brushing machine with 3 brushes.
3. EASY 2000 W = automatic spraying machine with two oscillating spray arms with belt conveyor for lacquer recovery and reuse: dust protection enclosure booth.
4. TRC 5000/2V-CT = Two speed motorized roller conveyor for panels control at the infeed into the vertical curing oven.
5. FV 4500 AER = Vertical oven with 4 tray chambers, hot air and 3 controlled fl ash-off zones, drying and cooling.
6. TRC/2V 5000-CT = Two speed motorized roller conveyor for panels at the outfeed from the oven and manual unloading.
7. GTTA / FC = Air delivery unit from the machines with fi lters for cleaning air inlet and heating exchanger with temperature adjustment.
