Moretti chooses Cefla Finishing Group

Moretti is a leading Italian company based in Pesaro and specialising in the production
of living area and children’s bedroom furniture. In the past few years, it has set the standard for successful entrepreneurship both in Italy and in Europe, by focussing efforts on environment protection: this was possible by switching over to water-based paints and promoting “children friendly” design.
Our challenge was the following: Moretti needed to produce 500 square metres of Bedroom furniture every hour, using 25 different colours. The Customer was looking for an efficient solution for their new finishing plant.
The system layout that we proposed was chosen, because it was actually ‘tailored’ to this customer requirements.
This particular line includes 2 high performing spraying machines, interfaced with an automatic colour changeover system and 4 vertical ovens. The whole system is controlled by a centralised unit able to pilot the line with recipes setting the paint colour, part thickness, drying times and different technological cycles. Our submitted project was tested and verified by carrying out tests in our lab.
Moretti renewed its trust in Cefla Finishing Group as its established supplier: we are ready to support this customer in facing new market challenges.
