Düspohl presents a MultiWrap wrapping machine, equipped with cleaning and preheating station, comfortable unwinder system, film heating (FHS), patented slot nozzle coating, quick-fit system and intuitive touch screen controls.
In addition, various latest-generation hot-melt units for all kinds of hot-melt adhesives will be presented - you will find the minimal power and servicing requirements highly convincing!
Düspohl's new SynCut will also be celebrating a global premiere. A flying, high-speed, precision cut-off saw, equipped with the latest hard- and software, allowing the saw to place two cuts with very close spacing using only one saw blade. By placing a cut each at the end of one and the beginning of the next workpiece, for example, a double blade can be dispensed with for production using veneers and aluminium strips, making retooling times redundant. Programmable via a new touch screen, including a new remote diagnostics module and with powerful servo motors for greater dynamics, the SynCut cut-off saw performs up to 60 cuts-per-minute and works at a maximum production speed of 110 m/min.
