Our new Corporate Identity – to be launched at Technodomus – reflects our Customer-centred approach: we are going to market no more as a group of companies, but as one entrepreneur able to leverage the different competences gained through acquisitions.
With such a rich experience, we are able to provide our Customers with reliable consultancy: spraying, roller or vacuum coating technology according to real needs, not to offer portfolio.
Our new products launched at Technodomus 2010 meet changing Customers demands: higher quality – finishing plays here a key role, as it enhances product performances as well as aesthetic appearance – constant through time – one of the main advantages of finishing automation – in combination with reduced production batches, quick change of coating products, easy machines maintenance. Altogether with shorter investment payback.
Last but not least, experience. Today Customers are confused by an overpromising market.
We prefer facts: at Technodomus we will run real test on our machines, all day long; we are investing in new LAB around the world – Charlotte in USA (1500sqm, the largest test laboratory in finishing industry), but also Suzhou (China); with the Italian Finishing School we are committed to transfer our finishing knowledge to Customers, through a scientific approach.

MITO: MORE THAN JUST A PRODUCT NAME The last generation of spraying machine. After one successful year from market introduction, Cefla Finishing further improves MITO performances, leveraging its long tradition in spraying application: a brand new cleaning trolley guaranties perfect belt cleaning, maximum coating recovery, reduced cleaning maintenance and lower solvent consumption. The inverted “V” plenum shape ensures better control of overspray, higher application quality and – last but not least- a cleaner machine at the end of the day; calibrated fun ensures better transfer efficiency, ultimately resulting in lesser coating and filters consumption. |

UV-R highest efficiency, lowest consumption UV-R is an innovative plug & play solution. A compact design that integrates all process elements in one single module: conveyor, UV units and Electric Control Board. Thanks to innovative progress in technical design and software, UV-R can provide consistent saving in operating costs : - reduced energy consumption (up to 30% compared to traditional UV ovens) exhaust air and cooling power - downtime is avoided and production costs are reduced - savings linked to high curing quality standards UV-R is a sustainable product: lower energy consumption also results in a reduction in CO2 emissions. |

GIOTTO Multiply your company’s productivity. Giotto – designed by Falcioni, the competence centre for windows within Cefla Finishing Group - is an innovative robot for assembled windows coating that combines highest levels of automated spraying technology with a power and free aerial line: • high flexibility: coating of small batches with frequent colour changes • high application quality: it imitates what an expert worker would do • lets you paint both sides of the door or window • lets you paint, at the same time, different sized pieces • it automatically ‘reads’ the dimensions of the piece through a specialised mechanism • Giotto can work while the rest of the world sleeps – all you have to do is programme the colours and push “start” before you go home • it can be installed in a pre-existing painting cabin, and lets you alternate between manual painting and automatic Giotto painting, according to your needs • it can be checked on from far away, via a webcam installed on the machine |

JETDEKOR Just-in-time printing system An innovative system to print a specific decoration on paper – for example a wood design – on demand, with no need of inventory or long supply lead-times. JETDEKOR starts from plain white paper, printing any type of décor according to production batches. A perfect upstream technology integration for Düspohl, the wrapping competence centre inside Cefla Finishing Group. |
