In addition to our "traditional" stand (Hall 22), which this year will show us as main players, we will have another stand in Hall 12, dedicated to craftsmanship, where we will present iGiotto. Cefla will be present in another stand (Hall 24) together with other players in the lightweight panels sector.

Sorbini presents their new roller coater, after 10 years of success of the old Smartcoater model.
The product has been completely rationalised with the goal of offering a new full-optional machine which is already supplied with many accessories.
New ultra high-tech design.
Possibility of fixed, rigid head for some applications and the floating, auto-levelling system for others – this gives constant pressure over the entire panel shape, and the result is reduced wear of the application roller.

An innovative system in the world of printing with direct technology. This printing allows a significant reduction in the number of colours used and very easy ink formulation. Unique modular structure from one to five heads with very high print precision. Laser-engraved elastomer rollers with high abrasion resistance.
]]>This technology comes from the desire to respond to the growing importance of edge filling. Sorbini, already at the cutting edge with Smartedge sanding and painting machines, is launching a new (patented) technological application process, which allows MDF and chipboard to be filled using an extremely simplified process and minimum quantity of applied paint. It guarantees extreme colour-change flexibility in very reduced spaces, with low-temperature drying.
Sorbini will present two edge machines at Hannover, the traditional Smartedge running a white pigmented vacuum cycle on MDF edges and priming/finishing on transparent veneered edges, as well as the new edge treatment technology (in the reserved area) which will also include a new cleaning system for the flat part of the panel, with a patented assembly.

Pesaro LAB occupies about 900 sqm and is operational for real application tests. Among available technologies: a complete edge sanding and painting line (vacuum and roller application); coating solutions for assembled windows; specific printing machines for PVC, ABS, PP melamine papers and wood; an entire area implemented with specific machines devoted to panel polishing.

The new company – called Sorbini srl – will keep the two brand names Sorbini and Falcioni on which it has built its market reputation for flat panels and windows respectively. The centre has internal design facilities and a test LAB of 900 sqm for independent development of new technologies and solutions to respond to customers needs.
